In terms of a day out, the Millennium Stadium beats Wembley (it's in the centre of Cardiff, literally, so a there's plenty to do before and after the game. Whereas Wembley is basically in the middle of nowhere with very little to do before and after the game.)
But for the overall experience, Wembley is tops. Fantastic stadium, great architecture and to say you've seen your team win at Wembley, that can't be beat.
