League Two side Northampton Town are to start work on the new East Stand at Sixfields.
The new stand will take the stadium capacity to 8,200 and is hoped to be completed by Spring 2025.
Development of the new stand will also include 100 new parking spaces, including 8 EV charging points, a new hospitality suite and accessible viewing area for wheelchair users.
