Spanish side Levante have committed their future to their Estadi Ciutat de Valencia after announcing a second phase of redevelopment work.
The La Liga outfit are currently working on modernising the stadium including installing a new roof, lighting, broadcast and security facilities.
Despite this, the club had been looking at options including selling the land to housing developers and relocating to a different part of the city. However, the new deal agreed with the city council will see Levante stay at their current home and begin a second phase of modernisation work which will include a new hotel, restaurants and commercial areas as well as upgrades to the stadium's common areas and changing rooms.

Spanish side Levante have resumed the season away from their usual Cuidad de Valencia stadium.
The La Liga outfit will play their 6 remaining fixtures at the Estadi Olimpic Camilo Cano in La Nucia, around an hour and a half south of Valencia.
Like Real Madrid, this is due to construction work at Levante's ground which will include a new roof, two new scoreboards, a new public address system, a skycam and better lighting for TV.
Levante currently sit in mid table, with no relegation fears.
