Hoping to one day grace the 92 club. 24 years old and 54 grounds visited, hoping to get to 100 by age 35
First game I actually remember being at is Wolves against Man Utd in a pre season friendly in 1994. We lost 2-1 and, being 5 at the time, probably didn't understand we were playing the best side in the country and was pretty upset at the result.
Still the play off final in Cardiff 2003, finally winning promotion to the Premier League. Great day out in general but the result and the atmosphere was awesome.
Wolves 1-5 West Brom. I'll say no more.
The old Wembley just had an aura about it, luckily I was old enough to know the history of the stadium at the time I went for the Euro 2000 qualifier against Poland, about a year before it was closed. One of those great old stadiums that unfortunately are becoming scarcer and scarcer.
Please search this ground on google, or better still actually go. Holds about 200 people in their grandstand and has a little shack of a social club underneath. Great for non league, not so great if you support a Championship/Premier League side - a bit of a culture shock.
