"Decent ground and very close to the pitch."

has rated Villa Park 3.0 out of 5.

willcoombs1's review of Villa Park

Really impressed inside the ground. Much could be improved though, outside has alot of character too.

Location

a short walk from Witton station.

View

Incredible view and so close to the pitch! Not much leg room.

Facilities

Concourse was average, looked a bit old-fashioned in some parts.

Food & Drink

fairly average pricing, quick service and not long queues

Police & Stewards

Had police on our train from Birmingham New Street, "Save the singing for the ground." Helpful stewards.

Atmosphere

Slightly disappointed with the atmosphere from the Holt end. I remember hearing the attendance was 10,000 short of being full too which was disappointing.
