"Nice ground with flaws"

vileviking's review of Behrn Arena

Visited Behrn Arena in Örebro for the first time on 5th November 2017, for Örebro SK vs AIK, the last game of the 2017 Allsvenskan season. The stadium is on walking distance from Örebro central train station. We sat on the South stand, with great view of the pitch. Minus points for using artificial grass. The facilities were bad, with few toilets and long queues to food and drinks. Seems to be better on the main (North) stand. The atmosphere was good, mostly because of the visiting AIK supporters, but Örebro had a good vocal support (especially for being the last game of the season, being in the middle of the table without having anything to play for I don't know how many years in a row), but being outnumbered by the visiting supporters. Overall a nice visit, with a 2-1 win for the visiting team.

Location

Close to the city centre and walking distance from Örebro Central train station.

View

View was great, nothing in between and close to the pitch.

Facilities

Very few toilets, we had to go around the stadium to find the facilities. Long queues to food and drinks.

Food & Drink

Standard for a Swedish ground, with alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks, coffee, hot dogs and hamburgers.

Atmosphere

The atmosphere was good, mainly because of the visiting supporters. The home supporters were few, but very vocal.
