"On the other side of the tracks"

has rated Y Traeth 3.0 out of 5.

trebor's review of Y Traeth

Decent ground for the level and will/should be at higher one. Five stands of differing standard, three on one side with a clubhouse.

Location

A fair walk from town head north along Snowden Street, crossing two railway lines and under the bypass. Cars cannot enter from this road and need to exit off the bypass.
From Station: Head left pass the industrial units an find Snowden St.

View

You have plenty of choice older stands are tight but rarely full so you can move if posts block view, the new one is spacious but low raked so seeing above fans standing along perimeter block view. All well sheltered although one is part greenkeeper shed.

Facilities

Didn't know if it was the Estuary or the toilets that smelt but they looked basic.

Food & Drink

Cheap enough good large bun made the small burger smaller.

Police & Stewards

All volunteers, and knew most of the fans from both clubs.

Atmosphere

Appalling for a local derby, no songs, no encouragement or banter
