trebor has rated Sandy Lane 2.5 out of 5.
The ground looks to have been fully refurbished with old stands spruced up, new stands added and a large player facility adjoining the attractive clubhouse that sits on top of this.
A main seated stand alongside pitch and two covered stands raised standing backing onto wall of dressing room.
Easy walking distance from both town and railway station, few amenities nearby other than its own clubhouse. Worksop is on the between Sheffield to Lincoln line about half hour from Sheffield
Comfy enough in the main stand and as they don't get a quarter of it's capacity plenty of room. Pillars on main stand do get in the way
New club house facilities
Didn't
Apart from ball fetching didn't see any
For a record breaking season a low crowd and another constant referee bating pensioner this time from a retired police officer. God knows what he'd be like if they weren't walking every game
