This is where Belenense play this season. Unbelievably this was used as the national stadium until the newly built stadiums opened up for Euro 2004 .
A 1930's structure that has not been modernised bar the corporate area.
Its sat atop a hill that hasn't got any public transport stops nearby.
From Lisbon you can catch a train from Cais Do Sodre to Cruz Quebrada you will then need to walk up towards the left & past the sports complex.
Alternatively there are Buses (776) from Alges and at the temnus of this route walk through to sports park and find a path that takes you uphill and steps this route is not for anyone whos disabled it has lots of steps and is steep in parts. There looks to be other options but none with a stop within 1 kms
The Club has recently moved here and not many of it's fans no the way.
Club Shop is at the Estadio Restelo
Take a point off for no cover, and it does rain a lot in winter in Portugal
Great view
Toilet blocks on top of stand
Same as toilets and served from small hand carts
They thoroughly search no bottles etc and insist you go to the specific stand on your ticket. the left side as yow walk in from main entrance is home & away right,
If you have bought seats in the centre right you will need to walk round past away fans.
The two points are specifically for the Security Guard who recognised my struggle atop the steps and allowed me access through the V.I.P area saving another flight of steps.
Poor from home and away 1,600 in a large open stand.
The awkward location away the issues why they moved are hammering the crowd numbers and considering attending the big two is far easier the club is struggling.
