trebor has rated De Kuip 3.0 out of 5.
The atmosphere was excellent with most of the stadium singing Feyenoord songs.
With Beer flowing and drank in the stands, minimal steward intervention and supporters there to enjoy themselves makes for an electric atmosphere.
Take the tram from wherever you are based in Rotterdam.
They are frequent, fast and cheap just remember to scan in and out with the Chipkart.
The trams at the end of the game get rammed so if you struggle to push your way or are uncomfortable in crowds then I would advise you to hang around the ground awhile and catch a later one.
There is little around the ground other than some warehouse style stores.
If you are in the lowest tier and are short you will need to stand, the view is pitch level and the stands are not steep so it is difficult to see even if you are tall so you may have to stand on seats.
Also to get to and from seats you will need to walk along them.
The roof is useless and you will get wet if it rains.
Fine but due to Beer being easily available there will always be a queue.
You will have to buy coins from a store which you then use for food and drink. The minimum spend should be enough for a drink and couple of snacks.
You may wish to indulge and finish them off or save one as a souvenir.
The Chips are very good and come with all sorts of sauces including Peanut Butter.
Prices are fare.
You can enter any part of W1 stand with a ticket but beware they do not tell you were the season ticket holders are so you may need to walk move a few times.
As you can drink at the ground many fans will be there in plenty of time so ask and they will gladly help and are far better help than the staff.
There is little organisation at the Tram stop so you. The nannying ways of UK stewards hasn\'t reached Holland yet and you are expected to look after yourself.
All ages sing loudly passing Feyenoord songs onto the next generation.
It puts English Grounds to shame.
