trebor has rated Craven Cottage 2.5 out of 5.
The view was restricted but by the steward who stood all game watching the match in front of fans in the corner.
Decent ground, nostalgists keep banging on about this being the best day out I wouldn't go that far as it's not in an interesting area apart from the Thames behind the Riverside End, an upmarket area that doesn't really go to pubs means the area is bistro & wine bar country.
Central London is always easy travelling outside rush hour, Buses 220 from Hammersmith Bus Station or tube to Putney Bridge.
The area hasn't much to offer Pubs are few and expensive this is one of London's most expensive borough.
Would have got wet had it rained more, raised pitch makes far goal seem further, stupid steward stood through the whole match in the way. When others stood near goal was blocked too.
N/A in blocks behind stand.
Card only payment, £ 5.00 Pint of Carlsberg served in the open watering it down. Tea mediocre.
Stood in the way all game.
I was in the ''Main End'' for a big win a bit dull in choices of songs.
