trebor has rated Cae Llan 3.0 out of 5.
Llanuwchllyn has returned to the village to the same spot but with a new name; Cae Llan translates as Church Field.
On the A494 between, Dolgellau and Bala turn off at the garage into the one main street of the village past the pub and around the midpoint of the village lookout for a chapel and community hall with CPD Llanuwychllyn sign. Head down on between the two.
T3 Wrexham - Bala passes every two hours.
Brand new hard standing around two-thirds of the pitch wheelchair friendly.
New seated stand for cover and an old dugout style shelter on the village end.
The ground has been upgraded for tier 3 level and the pitch is probably the best at this level.
Alternatively, catch the Bala Lake train from Bala.
Sitting in the smart stand you might have your view impeded by supporters standing on the perimeter.
Hard standing and if the footballs not worth watching then take in the view.
I think they're in the community hall on your way in.
Good set up, for the level and as usual tea is superior to professional grounds and a lot cheaper.
Welsh is the first language of 85% and most are locals expect to be addressed in the local's mother tongue, if this offends you don't bother going.
You don't get any just volunteers selling tickets and keeping the club going.
50 friendly supporters watching their mates who join up for a pint in Yr Eagles later.
