Penrhyn are a proud club situated in a newish village and play at a level many towns cannot meet.
It's a decent club that provides the village with a lot of facilities that it wouldn't have without them and wouldn't be there if they didn't support the club. There can be few clubs are so important to it's community.
Slap bang in the village centre, clubhouse plays the role of village pub, café and restaurant is over the road a shop and petrol station nearby.
Mount Plynlimon and Nant-y-Moch are walkable, so is Bow St station at 2 miles. best bet for Saturdays is the hourly 526 bus from Aberystwyth which last return is at 6:00pm.
Carpark at clubhouse and estate for north side entry.
Some shelter but not when it's windy in the new stand. Welsh league obligatory safety nets spoiling view unnecessary as they are not high enough to stop balls flying out the ground. Full-time can finish long after normal due to losing footballs.
Modern toilet block big enough for usual crowds.
Haven't a clue if they open one in the changing room block for bigger games, but the clubhouse is walkable from the southern side.
Good welcome, but when they know how hard it is to get referees they should set an example.
Few in attendance but first competitive game in two months would have whetted the appetites, atmosphere spoiled by gobby stewards and 70 year olds who don't understand the rules.
