trebor has rated Boundary Park 2.5 out of 5.
The weather certainly added to the day but the ground does look a bit worn down and even the new stand feels a bit cheap with tiny concourses and little cover from the roof meaning a soaking if wet - very likely given Oldhams geographic location. Plus points there are plenty of seats in the sunshine towards the front as locals aren't risking a downpour .
Don't expect to pay listed prices anywhere at the Stadium. £16 big advert for tickets £22 on day at turnstile.
Club Shop stickers £6 badge, £1.80 at till.
Last seasons price list behind counter, this seasons on counter.
Train stations miles away and a long bus ride from Manchester to get to the ground, a bit risky if you're on a tight schedule for trains,
Buses 181, & 182 from Piccadilly Gardens from stop next to a lot of interesting hot food stalls.
Decent enough for a small stand sun in eyes and little shade or shelter.
Very limited one two toilets for half a stand, this is new and the rest of the ground is very old, seats on terrace, type stand.
After a while started handing out cups of water once I'd bought two bottles, small area and dark a big night game might see it struggle.
Two price lists last seasons on big boards, new seasons on counter noticeable once you've ordered.
Another Tea trek for milk etc.
Kids mainly trying to failing prevent gobby adults who couldn't give a damn about their efforts
Reasonable drum, crap songs silent MK Dons fans
