has rated Abermule Community Field 3.0 out of 5.

trebor's review of Abermule Community Field

Basic ground that has a similar set up as many in small rural communities who share facilities, thus with a Community Centre, Primary School and Bowling Green. Open all round with a small wooden stand with seats for cover.

Location

In middle of village behind school, a pub and shop nearby, regular buses between Welshpool & Newtown. Buses X75 & T12.

View

Reasonable seats in a small stand but not much of a view down touchlines, rest of ground is open with some cover next to river.

Facilities

Didn't use

Food & Drink

From wooden hut in proper mugs.

Police & Stewards

Pop round for contribution and chat.

Atmosphere

It's usually the coaching staff who make most noise at these games. decent crowd for size of village.
