Some Chelsea fan has given Underhill rubbish scores from his experience. However, he went to a reserve game and you can't really judge the quality of a ground from that so I thought I'd post a review of Underhill to bump up our score a bit.
Suburb of London. 2 mins walk from High Barnet tube station with the away fans pub (Old Red Lion) on the walk down. What more do you want?
Depends where you are in the ground. Some of old terracing has corners of the pitch where you can't see properly. However, from the main and south stands the view is perfect.
The toilets are very basic. However, they do the job!
It used to be poor. However, behind the south stand there are new food outlets, which are brilliant. Check out the bacon butty.
Used to be no problems at all. However, now they've got way too heavy handed. Some very poor handling of certain situations recently. Also, there is a large police presence at games where you simply do not need any such as Barnet v Macclesfield.
If you stand in the middle of the east terrace, it is really good. Especially in big games. With the away fans right next to the vocal home fans the banter is brilliant. Recently, the atmosphere has dropped due to the poor performances of the team on the pitch.
