"A memory passed down"

My now long passed Great Great Grandfather loved this ground. He moved to Manchester in around 1905 and picked Man U as his team, he though the ground was just right for them and was not happy about moving. Although I never met him, I have been told many a story about how he never liked Old Trafford, he thought there was no point in moving! (He lived in Clayton and did not like to go the long distance!).

He passed in 1933, leaving Manchester for Bradford, I am told he only went to Old Trafford three or four times since they moved.
