Enjoyed my visit as a neutral - helped by a 3-3 draw with Warwick's keeper scoring an injury time equaliser. And the cheap beer!
About a 25 minute walk from the railway station, straight road through the town and castle. Ground is along side the horse racing, large pay and display car park, £1.
Limited seats on the halfway line on both sides, hard standing with no cover around the rest of the ground.
Large club house. On my visit in 18/19 one of the club sponsors was Church Farm Brewery, offering a guest ale and pilsner at £2 a pint.A decent burger for £2 too, the rest of the ground seemed to go for cheesy chips, local delicacy?
Decent pub by the station called 'The Railway' had 100's of old football tickets pinned to the walls.
