stevenatp has rated Kingsmeadow (Cherry Red Records Stadium) 4.0 out of 5.
Had a soft spot for AFCW, and was keen to tick this ground off before they hopefully return to Plough Lane. Non-League feel and size despite being in League 1.
'Terry's Badges' has a stall outside the ground, biggest collection of badges you will ever see!
About a 15 min walk from Norbiton Station.
The short hop from London to Norbiton is £12.30 return (more than my advance ticket from Brum to London)
Decent view from behind the goal in the home terrace. No pillars. Felt just the right side between cosy and claustrophobic.
Couldn't find a local pub. Wet day so didn't explore too much.
Fat Boys cafe worth a visit.
Decent bar at the ground serving Wimbledon Brewery beers
