"superb customer service and friendly environment"

We had to buy tickets before 3pm for a 5.30pm kick-off as this was a bigger than normal fixture against Hearts. The ticket staff were really helpful as we explained that we were nipping up to Stenhousemuir for their match against Dunfermline before rushing back for this late kick off. They packed our tickets, programmes and team sheets into an envelope for us to collect upon our return to the Falkirk Stadium so that we could get to our seats by the time the game started. This PR was above the call of duty and was much appreciated - brilliant customer service. (Take note Greenock Morton).
Nice modern stadium with good views, with friendly, but quiet, fans. Would recommend a visit to this stadium for the bigger games.

Location

Located at the edge of town what seems in a load of fields. Found plenty of street parking on a housing estate a short walk from the ground.

View

A good view from the side stand in this all seater stadium. There were over 7000 in attendance at the game as it was against Hearts. It seemed like there were more people there, but having one side of the stadium missing a stand detracted from the atmosphere.

Good modern facilities within the stadium and its concourse.

Food & Drink

No time to try.

Police & Stewards

not a great presence. Everything was straightforward so little use for help required.

Atmosphere

The atmosphere was alright but it was the Hearts fans that made it in the away end rather than the home side, whose team for the most part was largely outplayed by a good Hearts team.
