"Traditional well maintained stadium."

has rated Belle Vue 2.5 out of 5.

smithybridge-blue's review of Belle Vue

Traditional ground on three sides, all seated. Low stands all with many supporting pillars. Looks like the club has plonked a social club right in the middle of the terrace behind one of the goals!

Location

Located in a residential area of Rhyl with no signposts to the ground, if going by car make sure you have your Sat-Nav. Plenty of side street parking places.

View

As this is a small but neat ground the views as from a lower position. All the stands, apart from behind one goal, have many supporting pillars which obscure the views if the playing field. This is not too annoying as they are only thin posts.

Facilities

Very small toilets.

Food & Drink

Pies and soft drinks available at reasonable prices.

Police & Stewards

Police presence not noticed. Stewards helpful. Staff friendly.

Atmosphere

Strange atmosphere for the match that was being played. Bala Town v Levadia Tallinn in a Europa League qualifier. There were 1287 in attendance for a club that generally attracts a few hundred locals, so there were a lot of "tourists" who were not very vocal. And no away fans.
