sewellm24 has rated Griffin Park 3.5 out of 5.
In the day of modern stadiums built miles away from everything, going to Brentford felt like a proper ground. Fans were welcoming and friendly even after we won as a group of us got the train back into London with the fans who were happy to chat about the game. We stopped overnight and drank in the weatherspoons in Hounslow (7 minute train tide away) £2.20 a pint, had a few beers there and then headed to one of the pubs on the corner of the ground. No beer was sold inside the ground, not sure if this is the same for every away game or just the Barnsley game so no need to arrive early unless you want to watch the players warm up.
