"Still a great atmosphere!"

Currently a 2 and a half sided ground with two main, modern stands for home supporters with a third about to open soon. However away fans are still housed in the 'Gene Kelly'golf stand, a temporary stand (no cover) that has been there for a good 5 or more season now.

The 3 modern stans offer good views and the North Stand makes a lot of noise, many opposing fans have commneted on the atmosphere here.

Location

Minutes from the Pleasure Beach and thousands of cheap Bed and Breakfasts, walkable from the town centre with pubs and clubs galore. The ground is next to the biggest car park in europe so no probs with parking. Plenty of pubs and fast food on nearby Lytham Road.

For home fans facilities are good but it is always cold! Avoid front rows when it is raining and God help away fans in poor weather!

Concourses can get busy but still okay.

I always thought the food and beer at Bloomers was okay for home fans, pricey mind!

Police & Stewards

Pain in the arse! Especially the stewards who once accused me of being an away fan because I was on my own and they didnt recognise me... WTF!!!
