Fairly typical Finnish lower division ground, HIFK no longer play there after outgrowing it with successive promotions in 2013 and 2014 but a number of teams in the lower echelons of the regional leagues use it.
The stand has a pretty cool tarpaulin style roof which is interesting. Other than that there's not much to write home about. Seating for about 300, any more than that and you're standing pitchside.
