rulerboys has rated The New Meadow 4.0 out of 5.
The ground was easy to reach, friendly staff helped us with temporary parking while we bought tickets, they also directed us to close offsite parking. Very friendly people. Not a bad seat in the house. New stadium felt very comfortable, pitch in perfect condition. Away end fans and home fans had some great song/chant exchanges. Covered stands all round, recommend to sit higher up to avoid blowing rain. Local parking had garden centre with amenties and two food outlets. Tip for the long, early car journeys.....stop at service centre on way in to enjoy a full breakfast before the 11:30 cutoff ;-)
Excellent location, easily accessible by road but not sure about public transportation
Seating was very comfortable.
Recommend sitting higher up to avoid blowing rain.
We sat in Block 2, adjacent to away fans and opposite hardy chanting Shrews.
Food and drinks good value about £5.50 for a bovril and pasty.
Queuing could be better organised.
Easy access at half time.
One star only because they were unnoticeably absent which was a pleasant change.
The away support end was sold out and therefore singing and chanting was very enjoyable
Block 2 is a nice spot to take in the great footy noise.
