My favourite ground in Australia and definitely the most atmospheric when packed. Old style Aussie Oval with One Main Stand and Two Smaller Stands at one End near Entrance. The ground is the traditional home of West Tigers formerly Balmain Tigers. Would definitely recommend attending for a Rugby League match if in town.
In an old fashioned residential area which adds to charm but makes a little bit difficult to access with public transport.
Grass banks all around afford reasonable view of pitch.
For a Rugby League match 5 out of 5 fabulous. A league football tends to be devoid of atmosphere in reality.
