"First taste of Denmark"

Fantastic, relentless atmosphere, a last minute winner for the home team and a 25 minute delay as the Kobenhaven ultras took exception to said late winner. A memorable visit to Brondby!

Location

Arrived by car from Kobenhavn after been advised to arrive early. Got to Brondby about an hour and a half before kick off to find people already parking on grass verges. Parked up in residential area and had about 20 minute walk to ground. Big queues to get in on arrival as the Danes appear to like getting in and singing for a good hour prior to kick off.
Post match traffic was a nightmare, not helped by clutch problems, and got home very late. Public transport seems efficient so maybe there's a lesson to be had there.

Sat in Loxam Stand and had great view of match. Close proximity to away support ensured good atmosphere. Comfortable enough.

Facilities

Toilets were good and served their purpose.

Food & Drink

Quick service for drinks and pop corn. Danish prices.

Police & Stewards

Police and stewards pretty much occupied with Kobenhavn Ultras who were doing a good job of recreating English football in 1985. Didn't meet any myself but arrived promptly and in force after it kicked off though they were a little outnumbered to begin with!

Atmosphere

Atmosphere was fantastic. Lots of noise, colour, pyros etc.
Would recommend and hope to do it again one day.
