Over ten years since I was tgere. Still had old Enver Hoxha era seating and digniteries' viewing platform on one side. No cover and not many tgere as locals had lost their away Intertoto Cup match by 6-0.
Walking distance from town centre.
View was fine although not right on pitch.
Very laid back when I was there but perhaps circumstances dictated this.
