"Dusty field near train station"

has rated Estadio Román Pascual 0.5 out of 5.

marcos92uk's review of Estadio Román Pascual

This is only for the pure ground hopper that likes to visit the lower league grounds. Deportivo Monterrey played in the newly formed regional 4th tier league "Torneo Federal Amateur". However, if you can find the fixture details they also play in the county league named "Liga Escobarense".

The pitch is in poor condition, more dust and dirt than grass.

Location

The location is ideal as it is next to the Estacion Presidente Derqui Train Station that is on the San Martín line which you can catch at Buenos Aires main train station Retiro. The trains are slow moving and it will take over an hour.

View

One side has a small wooden stand for sitting on that is not very comfortable. The good news is you'll be close to the action, if there's any!

Food & Drink

There is a small canteen with limited choice of snacks that don't cost much.

Police & Stewards

Only a few on the main entrance that do a quick search for weapons. Very light for Argentina.

Atmosphere

A handful of die hards have their drums and trumpets which help encourage the home fans to sing.
