"Impressive Main stand"

Ground no 321 om this site. Visit 28th April 2018. Morecombe v Barnet 0-1. This was an absolute classic in terns of what was riding on this match. Anything other than a win for Barnet and they would have been relegated out of the League.
The main stand is impressive as you approach the stadium. Also if you sit high in that stand you have views across to the Lake District so must count as one of the best views from a ground.

Location

It is a fair walk from the station but perfectly do-able. Plenty of street parking in what seemed to be a nice area. There was parking at the ground but didn't use it, we walked from the town centre.

Excellent view of the pitch, we sat high up in the main stand.

Facilities

perfectly adequate but nothing special.

Food & Drink

I'm giving this a good score for the price of a pint of beer which was £3.20 and so lower then most pub prices. However in comparison the price for a cup of coffee was £1.80 which I thought was expensive.

Police & Stewards

There were no police and I didn't really get involved with stewards which generally means everything is ok.

Atmosphere

No real atmosphere outside the ground although there was some drumming which was good! Inside the Barnet fans approx 250 made a really good atmosphere - which is often the way with away fans. The home fans were grouped together but were mainly fairly quiet.
