lloydystark has rated Barton Road 3.0 out of 5.
Standard senior league standard ground with a good well run clubhouse.
Situated in the small village of barlestone, not far from a local shop, look for the sign post for the ground and turn down a narrow road leading to the ground. Good sized car park. Bus routes are probably near by too.
2 pitches both with standard metal crowd barriers and dig outs for subs etc. No obstructions on viewing but also no sheltered covers.
A good sized clubhouse with 2 rooms, 1 with large screens showing football on sky or BT and a back room with tv, pool tables bandits etc. Toilets are big and clean. Stick around long enough and they make a band or performer on a Saturday night for entertainment.
As you expect from a bar good selection of drinks etc also Cobs are available in the clubhouse along with normal bar snacks crisps etc.
Friendly village with friendly expectators and club staff. Guy who runs the club Paul is always helpful and friendly.
