johnwickenden has rated Kayte Lane 2.5 out of 5.
Bishops Cleeve is one of the smallest places to be represented in the Southern League, the place itself is a village about 3 miles north of Cheltenham Town centre
Kayte Lane ground is to the south of the village itself, about a mile out of the centre, shops and pub. The nearest rail station is Cheltenham which is quite some distance, however there is a decent sized car park on site
The clubhouse, changing rooms and snack bar are all located behind the near goal to the road. To the left of the clubhouse is the main stand with seats for approx 100-150 spectators, although this only runs up to the halfway line. On the opposite side of the pitch is another covered stand which is half seated half terraced. Both stands on either side are of the metal 'portable' style.
Toilets are inside the clubhouse. There is no club shop but pin badges can be bought from the snack bar
Burgers, chips etc can be bought from the snack bar ("Back of the Net"). Prices are average for this level of football
The crowd for the match ( a league match against Winchester City) was only 72. Not much in the way of atmoshere, but a few of the locals made a bit of noise
