Roffey FC play (season 20/21) in the Southern Combination League Div 1. They are essentially the 3rd non-league club in Horsham (Roffey is a suburb of Horsham), after Horsham FC (Isthmian Premier) and Horsham YMCA (Southern Combination Premier). The size of their ground and of the club generally reflects this. Its certainly a pleasant enough place to watch football and the folks from the club are extremely friendly, but facilities are pretty small.
The ground is located at the end of Bartholomews Way in the Roffey part of Horsham. The ground itself is surrounded on all four sides by trees and woodland, but immediately behind these on the north side of the ground is the Horsham ring road. There is no station nearby and neither are there any pubs or restaurants in the immediate vicinity. It is very much a residential area. There is a decent sized car park. although roadside parking isn't a problem
Basically there is one small metal 'arena' style stand with about 50 seats on the dugout side of the ground. Other than that, its standing. There is no access to the part of the ground behind the far goal
Toilets are in the clubhouse which is back through the "turnstile" (pay hut). The gents consisted of one toilet.
No club shop as would be exected, but they do sell club badges from the burger kiosk. Programmes are included with the price of admission
limited menu. Hot sausage rolls, burgers / cheeseburgers (although having ordered one shortly after half time started I didn't get it untill well after the 2nd half had started.....and mine was the only one being cooked!. Reasonable prices though
Crowd was 74. Horsham is full of genteel people who applaud politely, but they are awfully nice.
