We travelled down from Bolton on the morning of the match.
It was the weekend of 'The Volcanic Ash' so when we arrived in Birmingham our car was covered in dust. We parked around 2 minutes walk from the stadium... It's just a shame you can't walk all the way around! We had to maze our way around warehouses and shops before we eventually found our way to our stand.
We were situated above the Hull City fans (Gil Merrick Stand). It took a lot of effort climbing up the old stand, but when you got up to your seats, and looked across the stadium... It was well worth it!
The Birmingham fans didn't open their mouth once, but the Hull fans had some of the best away support going.
The match was however poor and boring!
On the way back home, we were gridlocked near the ground for around an hour, it is a pain to get away from the stadium.
Phrase of the day "Handball!"
Inner city ground, which is a nightmare to get away from.
BRILLIANT VIEW!
Nothing special... constructed just like Turf Moor (Burnley)
Bog standard Hollands-overpriced-pie
They didn't stand out, so a good performance
NONE
