jazzman1962 has rated Tilework Park 3.0 out of 5.
The ground is open to the weather with only a club house on the ground and no cover a ground to be avoided in the winter you can get very wet it is now used by Royal Albert JFC after Violet went out of business and Alberts plans to build a new ground at Raploch were vetoed by the local council so they moved lock stock and barrell to the ground having shared Gasworks park with there rivals Thistle for two years having had to vacate John smellie after the local Acadmy needed to be extended.
The ground is in a lovely setting at the corner on Union Street and to get to teh ground Train to Hamilton Central walk over to Townhead Street then take the 254 Whitelaws bus to Trongate in Stonehouse its a 2 minute walk down Union Street the ground is on the right just of the street at the bend signposted along with the tennis courts. before going to the game the bus drops you of at the Black Bull it is a good pub for a drink before the match.
There are no seats at the ground there is a mobile van for food but the rest is open to the elements but great all round views.
go behind the bushes for the guys and the pavilion for the girls
a mobile van with the usual ground
you got be joking they name the supporters before the teams
what atosphere depending on the team visiting it can range from 30 to 100
