grifftinfoilhat has rated Borussia-Park 4.5 out of 5.
If a little underwhelming on the outside, the inside is impressive. Steep stands and a bouncing nordkurve and facilities that are out of this world add up to an excellent experience.
Miles out of town. But there are buses that leave from the BACK of the main station and they are completely free. There's nothing much around the ground, lots of people chose to drink in a nearby car park. Take cash with you as I couldn't find a single cash machine.
Fabulous. I was right up in the gods in the corner. I love steep stands.
Toilets were clean and plentiful. No queuing!
You are not going to go hungry at Borussia Park! Food outlets are everywhere and they are run like individual food vans than food put on by the club. Whether you want Bratwurst, Pretzels, Herring, Chips, Pizza, the choice is massive. Also Beer. So much Beer. And no queuing. Maybe the best catering I've ever seen.
Friendly and they speak English.
The ground wasn't full and Augsburg didn't bring a whole lot of fans so it was just the nordkurve making noise throughout, but what noise!
