As I am doing a tour of the football grounds & have no loyalty towards any of the teams (Carlisle through & through) it is far less stressful just being able to take in the whole build up & match.
I found the locals passionate about their team & everyone involved in the club very warm & freindly.
I paid for the most expensive ticket @ £24 which gives access to the hospitality bar where food & drink was being served.
A point to note is that the club do an offer for £29 which includes a 2 course meal, match ticket, programme, tea & coffee at half time & a team review given by the manager.
If you can put up with the type of football served up in league 2 then this has got to be good value!
Very easy to find & access, but not quite so easy to park as the stadium parking is for permit holders only!
Right on the half way line.
Reasonably good facilities for a low league club.
Looked good but on this occasion did not try it.
Stewards very helpful & plenty of them!
I showed my ticket 3 times in the space of 10 seconds!
For the quantity of spectators (around 1500) I thought the fans behind the goal gave good vocal support (aided by the philharmonic orchestra).
