flo-cky has rated Park Drive 3.0 out of 5.
we had a good day out, weather was on our side. A cracking game despite getting beat 3-2.
No problems with the ground location for us, we drove and got a parking space ok, tho we did arrive early and there wasnt that many spaces left. exiting the car park after the game was fine too.
we stand behind the goals and the views were totally fine, i noticed since my last visit that all the big trees behind the far end had been removed leaving it wide open to the elements, but it was a nice day so this never affected us.
The pitch was lovely and obviously well looked after.
Toilets are a bit of a trek from the far end but nothing unusual at this level.
They have a lovely clubhouse, it was only the service and lack of staff that i can complain about. They also seem to prefer heavy rock music instead of maybe a sports channel on the tv, but each to their own i suppose.
seemed to take an age to get served with the queue heading out the door and only one person serving. Again, you sometimes see this at this level but this was the worst id seen this season.
i bought 3 rounds for me and my partner, and was charged a different price everytime, but our 3rd visit to the bar was our last as the extremely long queuing time put us off.
None present.
Local club stewards seemed fine and friendly turnstile staff.
no atmosphere really. biggest cheer was for a sub coming on despite the home team scoring 3 goals.
