ffc1999 has rated The Silverlake Stadium 3.5 out of 5.
Nice little ground with a good atmosphere.
Right in the middle of nowhere by a really quiet road
The pitch was very good, credit to the fans who helped clear it before kick off.
They were ok, but it lacked basic things like terracing behind the goals and even pavements outside the ground. Though I was going to get run over!
Good that I was able to buy a cone of chips for 1.50 and the queue wasn't bad.
There were only a couple and it seemed they were just voluntary stewards of whom I had no problem with.
Fair play to the Gateshead fans who made the long trip down and it was nice to hear chanting from both sets of fans.
