Kingsley Park Crawcrook is home to Ryton.
The ground is situated North of the village of Crawcrook on the road towards Wylam, and is on the junction for Clara Vale.
This is one of the most quirky grounds i've visited. Where else can you watch a match from the comfort of..wait for it...a bus stop shelter!?
The ground has a club house and 7 bus stop shelters as well as 2 covered standing areas that will accomodate about 160. There is also a stand behind one goal with appx 240 seats, there is a large green net protecting fans from a stray ball though (health and safety gets everywhere!) and 26 seats uncovered, on the day of my visit it poured down and these particular seats had no takers.
There are 8 floodlight pylons 4 on one side 3 on the opposite and the last one just to the side of the goal at the east end of the ground. An enjoyable place to watch football and recommended
8 miles west of Newcastle 2 mins from A695 take Crawcrook turn off 3 miles west of Blaydon, then follow signs for Wylam and Clara Vale ground on Stannerford Lane exiting Crawcrook toward Wylam.
Ground is about 1 mile (uphill and narrow road without paths in places!) from Wylam rail station. Best bet though from Newcastle (as with Prudhoe!) is to catch a bus, Sevice 10 Crawcrook/Rockwood Hill every 10 mins..602 Hexham every 30 mins 604 to Low Prudhoe every 30 mins get off just after Wylam Road End and ground is 5 min walk towards Wylam
I spent the match in a bus stop shelter and thought it was great, though this obscured the view of one of the corners of the pitch!
A Clubhouse and catering bar (I didn't go in the clubhouse but presume toilets will be found there!) on site parking
Hot dog and Bovril came to £2.20

Ashington fans were in evidence and noisy. Ryton fans congregated on a veranda beside the clubhouse and could not be heard!
