Well compared to its neighbouring Anfield, this stadium is fantastic! A real atmosphere, and the old wooden seats, the rickety floorboards and the bare brick all add to that traditional football feeling. As a Chelsea fan, nothing beats Blue Is The Colour for me, but 'Grand Old Team' really gets the Everton crowd going and this stadium is a must visit for anyone who values proper football!
The one downside is that the only lager sold within the stadium is Chang, which in all fairness is p*ss water!
Has a Merseyrail station nearby and good bus links.
Some slightly obstructed views in the Upper Tier of the Bullens Road Stand if you're too high up and a few posts in the way too.
Toilets that are tiny and the concourse isn't too spacious either.
Only Chang is served which isn't all that nice but the food is half decent!
Police were b*stards but the stewards were co-operative and persuaded the police to let the away supporters stand as they wanted to.
Amazing, especially in comparison to their neighbour's supposedly amazing atmosphere!
