Lets be honest. A ground at this level is never going to be impressive. It isn't going to be packed, and it isn't going to be particularly atmospheric; especially for a friendly.

Nonetheless, I actually found Victory Park to be quite a charming little ground. Watching the match whilst laying on a grass bank was quite a novelty, though there are also seating areas, and covered terraces that would be better in bad weather.

For some reason, I felt the whole day was somehow summed up by the man strolling around the ground, walking his dog.

The biggest downside; paying £7 to watch this level, particularly for a friendly just seemed too much, to me.
