Bog-standard non-League footy ground.
The ground is in the middle of the forest 0.5 miles outside Eastleigh. If walking to it from Eastleigh station (about 2 miles), note that the stretch of country road on which the entrance is has no pavement, so you might want to take a torch if walking back down it at night. There are buses which go pretty close.
There is ample parking but as always getting out after full-time is mayhem.
No terraces around the stadium, just tarmac. This can make chanting a bit hard. At the far right end there is a four-row set of seats about 30 seats wide. That can act as terracing. Don't step in front of the seating though or the stewards will tell you off! The main stand is rather small but very high up and must offer a good view.
Everything looked pretty new. No idea about the toilets unfortunately but this is the Conference South so don't expect much.
The food is a bit pricey (few stadiums now where that isn't the case) but of good standard - especially the chips which were delightful. There are two sometimes three points for food purchase around the ground. The bar was adequate.
Pubs-wise, check into Eastleigh town centre, where there are a few. There's nothing near the stadium as mentioned above.
No police, but plenty of stewards who just did their voluntary job.
Well, it's a non-League ground with a few hundred spectators in. As said already, the layout doesn't lend itself to atmosphere.
