Yes! A proper football stadium! A rare thing in Asia and you really notice the difference in atmosphere.
I saw the "Super Match" derby between Suwon Bluewings and their local rivals Seoul FC, possibly the biggest rivalry in South Korea. The game didn't sell out and it was easy getting a ticket but perhaps wise to turn up in plenty of time if its a big game. A good atmosphere and decent game with Seoul scoring the winning goal late on.
I spent time in the city before the game so can't say how easily it is to get to (but walkable I'd say) and there was an express bus back to Seoul outside the stadium straight after the game.
No running track!
Despite the stadium being less than half empty they only sold tickets in the lower tiers so it did feel fuller than it was. It was a derby though and obviously Seoul brought a few fans down, not sure what it's like for regular games.
