"good location but soulless"

I attended maybe half a dozen or so games here between 2016-18 when Shenzhen were in the second tier (China League One). It's easy to get to but the atmosphere inside is very lacking. You're also miles from the pitch even if you're sat on the side - I swear they could fit a cricket pitch in the stadium it's so big!

Location

Quite close to the city centre but about 15-20 mins from nearest metro station

Police & Stewards

As with most Chinese stadiums you have police fulfilling the role of stewards, they are mostly passive but one told me to sit down once with 30 seconds of the game remaining!

Atmosphere

When Shenzhen played here they usually got around 7,000 in a 30,000 stadium so atmosphere was poor but what make it worse was the singing fans didn't all sit together!

Also the PA was way too loud given how few fans there were.
