elloco has rated Wembley Stadium 2.5 out of 5.
Wembley is like the big flashy, nicely wrapped present that contains nothing much. If you've got 80,000 in a stadium and you're struggling for an atmosphere something is not quite right. The experience is probably better the closer you are to the pitch.
Public Transport best option to get to ground. Good rail links though if they still had the old Wembley Stadium station things could be even better. Bus links aren't bad but don't take cash restricting use by visiting non-Londoners though the increase in contactless payment cards may help this. Close to end of M1 and North Circular Road, though London traffic around the stadium will rarely be free flowing and parking costs are extortionately high around the ground due to massive parking restriction zones on Event Days. Locals not too chuffed with these either, though preferable to the alternative and at least it means they can hire their drives out for parking online.
You can see everything clearly and the seats/leg room are better than average, but the top tier is a long way from the pitch. If your eyesight isn't great bring binoculars.
All the usual facilities are there and clean, but there is nothing extra or special to comment on other than the escalators that avoid the need for climbing up to the heights.
Eat/drink before you go in as costs are very high and nothing special. At least the costs mean queues are short.
Everything is well organised and the stewards are generally not heavy-handed; helpful and welcoming.
A massive letdown. Wembley should be generating a wall of sound inside, however, at least you can hold a conversation and not come out deafened.
