Visited here to watch Brighton v Wolfsburg under 23's. On arriving there is a security guard at the gatehouse who took the ticket and told where to park and to go into the main entrance of the training center. The car park had plenty of spaces, at the time most staff who worked there were leaving.
I took a photo of the club logo on the side of the building, but on arrival at the main building I was asked to delete the photo and to prove it in front of the steward there by showing the photo gallery on my phone, I questioned why and was told it was the club rules.
There is quite a walk to the pitch the match was played on. Both on tarmac and on the fake grass, plenty of barrier fencing a stewards to show you where to walk so you don't stray off and spy on other areas of the centre.
There was a gourmet food van who did a great hot dog with bacon a cheese. There is also a vending machine inside the main building.
Ground isn't easy to find if you don't know the area but the Sat Nav does pick it up. If you're travelling by car then allow plenty of time to get here, the A27 through Lancing is a bottle neck where a once upon a time by-pass now has traffic lights and roundabouts every few meters or so it seems.
There is a basic seating area on one side of the pitch which has a cover but is open to the elements Seats are the typical plastic fold down ones you find in most grounds.
There are toilets in the main building and by the seating area.
Decent gourmet food van serving hot and cold drinks as well as hot and cold food. No Bovril though!
Stewards every few meters from the main building to the pitch to make sure you don't stray away from the main path. The club seems very protective where you go.
No atmosphere at all, mainly people who work for the club where here and no singing or chanting. Maybe a clap when Brighton score.
