deanstokes96 has rated Gigg Lane 2.5 out of 5.
Gigg Lane home to Bury and Fc United Of Manchester is a surprisingly average ground, the seats are set back from the pitch by about 4 meters so the view is from a distance, Bury only take 3000 or so fans to home games so there is no noise from them at all.
The ground is fairly easily accessible by car but by train it can be a nightmare, there is no train station in Bury so you have to go via a metro link and having done that myself i can tell you it isn't that easy.
Fairy good view of the pitch, i was sat on the top row which meant i had a decent view of the far side of the pitch, but it is nothing compared to other views at other grounds, the view of the far side of the pitch isn't brilliant.
Nor great, you have to walk to another stand in the ground to get food and to go to the toilet, there are no other facilities to talk about but the ones that they do have are poor.
There was only a small amount of food available, there was not many snacks to choose from and the prices are a bit higher that you would expect them to be.
There was no atmosphere at the ground, you could get alot of noise out of the ground but the Bury supporters were non existent they made no noise and if we weren't there it would have been silent.
