"Paying respect to Gianluca Vialli"

My adult son and myself travelled to Genoa purely to pay respect to Luca Vialli, we were met with open arms and had an incredible, if humbling experience. Thank you to all the fantastic Sampdoria fans we met.

Location

Tough walk from the city to the ground if you take the direct route, bit hilly, but made it more special when arriving to look down on to the stadium, steps were a nightmare though

Good view, though stood at the back of the lower section, by choice.

Facilities

Decent enough facilities, easy to get a beer and easy access to toilets. Didn't look for food, so not sure if there was much choice.

Amazing respect for Luca Vialli, and good general atmosphere, especially with the team struggling at the time of our visit.
