Very impressed with Guiseley FC. Considering their rise through the Leagues is similar to Alfreton the mindset of the club is far superior. Everything seems to be done right; staff are friendly and approachable and the ground looks tidy. Hopefully Guiseley will become a permanent fixture in the Vanarama League for many years to come.
Not the best of places to get to for a night match. It took us 1 hour to go 7 miles from the A1 Boston Spa junction via Harewood House and Otley; speaking to others it was the best route to the ground. Lack of sign posts but plenty of parking near the ground.
Excellent view in the main stand.
Guiseley start their ground improvements on 04/10/15; so terracing behind the goals, new toilets and catering facilities will certainly help.
Decent food and drink; very reasonably priced.
Stewards were polite and very helpful.
Great atmosphere at Nethermoor; a very knowledgeable crowd with a few from Bradford City and Leeds Utd made it a very memorable night.
